Dear Barack (so interesting you have time to comment on our blog during your busy campaign schedule!)

The meeting was an invitation for members of the peace movement to ask the President of Iran questions about his policies. There were no declarations made by the peace groups present that were in support of any of Ahmadinejad’s policies or past actions.

There were many thoughtful, smart questions raised during the meeting about regional political issues, Iran’s position on Israel, nuclear disarmament among others.

Iran openly sponsors Hamas and Hezbollah which fire rockets into Israel – when they are not busy killing their own neighbors in Gaza and Lebanon. This is peace? Neville Chamberlain met with Hitler on a mission of Peace in 1939. Remember how that worked out?
